Wagner, 86, formerly of East Hanover Township, Dauphin County, died Saturday, December 5, 2009, at the Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. Born May 25, 1923, in Hershey, he was the son of the late Clarence and Miriam (Gingrich) Wagner. He retired as a 55 year selfemployed dairy farmer. He was a member of Lebanon Valley Bible Church, Lebanon and the Lower Dauphin Young Farmers Group. Surviving are his wife of 66 years, Verna M. (Fox) Wagner; children, Luke C., husband of Elizabeth Wagner of Grantville, James M., husband of Barbara Wagner of Palmyra, Paul R., husband of Norma Wagner of Middletown and Timothy E., husband of Debra Wagner of North Carolina; sister, Jean, wife of Curtis May of Manheim; 11 grandchildren; and 25 greatgrandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at his church, 1482 Horseshoe Pike, Lebanon, preceded by a viewing from 9 a.m. Interment will be in Hanoverdale Cemetery, Hummelstown. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Lebanon Valley Bible Church Mission Fund, 1482 Horseshoe Pike, Lebanon, PA 17042.
