  Ruth J. Wagner LEBANON Ruth J. Wagner died September 23, 2009, at the Masonic 
  Home in Elizabethtown. She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, James 
  T. Wagner. She was the daughter of the late Lloyd V. and Edna E. Fegan. She is 
  survived by nieces, Sue Ann Reibman of Easton and Sandra Fegan Gavin of 
  Haddonfield, N.J. She was predeceased by her brother, Lloyd V. Fegan Jr. Ruth 
  graduated from Lebanon High School and Juniata College. She was a member of St. 
  Marks U.C.C. A memorial service, open to the public, will be held Saturday at 
  11 a.m. in the Meditation Chapel located in the Masonic Health Care Center at 
  the Masonic Village in Elizabethtown. Burial services are private at Mount 
  Lebanon Cemetery. The Rohland Funeral Home, Lebanon, is handling the
