  Fern L. Walmer Expressions of love and compassion are sent to the Compassionate 
  Care Hospice staff which cared for Fern L. Walmer, 75, of Myerstown, who died 
  Wednesday, May 27, 2009 in her home. She was born June 25, 1933 in Myerstown, 
  daughter of the late Arthur and Anna Mason Boltz. She was a member of Zion 
  United Methodist Church of Iona. She was a 1950 graduate of South Lebanon High 
  School and she had worked at the former Bannon Mills, Q-T Shoe Factory and was 
  a farm wife. Surviving are husband Woodrow W. Walmer of Myerstown; sons Arthur 
  W. spouse of Denise Walmer of Richland, John spouse of Rose Walmer of Myerstown 
  and Dale spouse of Lisa Walmer of Lebanon; brother Arthur Boltz of 
  Fredericksburg and sister Helen Lausch of Annville; 7 grandchildren and 6 great 
  grandchildren. She was preceded in death by brothers Lee E. Boltz (07/24/1984) 
  and Robert W. Boltz (07/15/2008). Viewing is scheduled for Monday, June 1, 
  2009, from 9-10AM at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, 
  Lebanon, followed by services at 10AM. Burial will be at Iona United Methodist 
  Cemetery.
