  Sara M. Wartluft, 82, of the ECC Retirement Village-Albright Campus, Myerstown, 
  Pa., formerly of South Railroad Street, Myerstown, died Thursday, January 22, 
  2009, at the retirement village. She was the widow of Warren G. Wartluft, who 
  died October 12, 1991. Born in Myerstown RD on July 13, 1926, she was the 
  daughter of the late John M. and Dora (Hauer) Miller. She had been employed at 
  Steffy Shoe Co., Lebanon, Pa., for 25 years, retiring in 1989. She was a member 
  of Myerstown UCC. She is survived by sons Richard W., husband of Suzanne M. 
  Wartluft of Myerstown, and Thomas J. Wartluft of Myerstown; granddaughter 
  Christin M., wife of David Groy of Myerstown; four greatgrandchildren; sister 
  Betty Krall of Myerstown; brothers Allen Miller and June Letter of Womelsdorf, 
  Robert, husband of Shirley Miller of Stouchsburg; several nieces and nephews. 
  She was preceded in death by brothers Harry, Alvin, George, William and Lester 
  Miller; and sisters Regina Smith, Grace Wartuft , Anna Line and Elsie Blouch. 
  Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. from Grose Funeral Home, 358 
  W. Washington Ave., Myerstown, Pa. There will be no viewing or visitation. 
  Interment at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, Pa. In lieu of 
  flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the "Church Improvement Fund" of 
  Myerstown U.C.C., 310 W. Main Ave., Myerstown, PA 17067.
