  Grace M. Weidner MYERSTOWN Grace M. Weidner, 100, of the E.C.C. Retirement 
  Village-Albright Campus, formerly of Richland, died Sunday, November 15, 2009, 
  at the Retirement Village. She was preceded in death by husbands, Joseph M. 
  Eckert in 1964, and Ray E. Weidner in 1980. Born in Richland, on May 14, 1909, 
  she was the daughter of the late John and Naomi (Light) Smaltz. She was a 
  graduate of Richland High School and attended Lebanon Valley College for three 
  years. Along with her first husband, she owned and operated the Richland House 
  Hotel for 24 years prior to working at the Richland Knitting Mills for nine 
  years, retiring in 1974. She was a member of Grace U.C.C., Richland, and 
  enjoyed reading, knitting, crocheting, and PA Dutch readings. She is survived 
  by a daughter, Nancy Strickler of Chambersburg; sons, Dale, husband of Gloria 
  Eckert of Richland, and Bruce, husband of Lori Eckert of Wyndmoor; 11 
  grandchildren; 27 greatgrandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. 
  Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of 
  flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grace U.C.C., 22 Church St., 
  Richland, PA 17087. Grose Funeral Home, Myerstown, is in charge of arrangements.
