Joseph M. Welch, 18, of 538 N. Railroad Street, Palmyra, died Saturday, February 21, 2009, in his residence. He was the son of Richard A. and Dannette Kline Welch of Palmyra. Born in Hershey on March 23, 1990, he was employed as a cook at the Corvette Bar and Grill, Annville. He was loved by all of his nieces and nephews. Surviving in addition to his parents are four brothers, Richard A. Welch II and wife Nicolle of York, Michael L. Welch and wife Brynn of Palmyra, Philip P. Welch and wife Brook of Palmyra, and Nathan A. Welch of Palmyra; three sisters, Bethany, wife of Thomas Kline of Palmyra, Amy M. Welch of Palmyra, and Laura K. Welch of Palmyra; a paternal grandmother, Betty Kreiser of Highspire; a fianc"e, Caitlin N. Chubb of Palmyra; and five nieces; and eight nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister, Angela M. Welch. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. from the Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, 618 E. Main St., Annville. Interment in Grand View Memorial Park. Viewing will be held on Friday evening from 6-8 p.m., and also on Saturday from 10-11 a.m. at the funeral home.
