   Carl Edward "Ed" White Sr., 86, of 1950 Hill St., Lebanon, died Thursday, March 
   26, 2009, in Cedar Haven. He was born January 16, 1923, in North Lebanon 
   Township, son of the late George and Elizabeth Weaver White. He was a U.S. Army 
   veteran of World War II. He had been a maintenance worker at the former Cleaver 
   Brooks and a member of the Jonestown American Legion. Surviving are wife Betty 
   Condran White of Lebanon; sons Carl White Jr., spouse of Kathleen of Lebanon, 
   and Allen, spouse of Rita White of Jonestown; grandchildren Christopher, spouse 
   of Jodi White of Myerstown, Leeann, spouse of Rob Snyder of Lebanon, Kevin, 
   spouse of Rachel White of Tennessee, and Douglas, spouse of Tonya White of 
   Jonestown; greatgrandchildren Samantha White of Myerstown and Travis White of 
   Jonestown; and several nieces and nephews. Viewing is scheduled for Monday, 
   March 30, 2009, from 1-2 p.m. at Christman's Funeral Home Inc., 226 Cumberland 
   Street, Lebanon, follwed by services at 2 p.m. Burial will be at Grand View 
   Memorial Park.
