  Theresa R. Yorty, 80, of Cornwall died Wednesday, January 21, 2009, in Cedar 
  Haven. She was the wife of Donald L. Yorty Sr. She was born August 11, 1928, in 
  Lebanon, a daughter of the late Paul J. and Bertha C. Kalbach Matters. She was 
  employed at the Good Samaritan Hospital and the Lebanon Valley General 
  Hospital, where she retired in 1989, working the in labor and delivery 
  department. Theresa was a member of the Cornwall United Methodist Church, and 
  met monthly with the retired nurses from the hospitals. Surviving in addition 
  to her husband are sons Donald L. Yorty Jr. of New York City, Scott A., husband 
  of Patricia Yorty of Cornwall; daughters Catherine L., wife of Larry Cox of 
  Cornwall, Margaret A., wife of John Dullebawn of Lebanon, Jennifer L., wife of 
  Jose Montanez of Lebanon; grandchildren John A. Dullebawn, Christopher 
  Dullebawn, Matthew Cox, James Cox, Sara Yorty and Daniel Yorty; great-
  grandchildren Brooke Lyn Dullebawn and Jaden Shannenburger; sister Revena 
  Reichard of Utah; brothers Charles Matters of Newmanstown, Allen Matters of 
  Lebanon, Harty Murray of Lebanon. She was preceded in death by brothers Paul 
  and Raymond Matters; sisters Helen Mattioli. Memorial service will be held 
  Saturday, January 31, 2009, in the Cornwall United Methodist Church, Route 419 
  and Alden Street, Cornwall. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to 
  her church. Rohland Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of the arrangements.
