Alleman, Jr., 79, entered into rest on Thursday, July 22, 2010. He was the loving husband of Dolores Coble Alleman. They celebrated 60 years of marriage on February 25, 2010. Born in Hershey, he was the son of the late Warren A. Alleman, Sr. and Mae Keller Alleman. Warren had been employed at Baum's Bologna as plant manager and held the same position at Weaver's Bologna of Lebanon. A member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, he sang in the choir and church quartet, and was also a steward of the church. Warren served on the Board of the Lancaster Osteopathic Hospital, was a member of the Abraham C. Treichler Lodge #682, Elizabethtown, and performed with the Elizabethtown Area Musical Foundation. He will be remembered as a kind and gentle soul. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are four children, W. Stephen (Deborah) Alleman of Elizabethtown, Susan A. (Frank) Mars of McLean, Va., Michael I. (Megan) Alleman of Lancaster, and Carol M. Alleman of Tucson, Ariz.; 10 grandchildren; six greatgrandchildren; and two sisters, Ruth (William) Wise of Palmyra and Sandra (Karl) Miller of Hershey. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Life Celebration Funeral Service at St. Paul's United Methodist Church on Tuesday, July 27, at 2 p.m. Friends may call prior to service at the church between 1 and 2 p.m. or on Monday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Boyer Funeral Home, Ltd., 144 E. High St., Elizabethtown. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Warren's memory to St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 398 N. Locust St., Elizabethtown, PA 17022; or to a charity of one's choice.
