Andrews, Sr., 67, died Wednesday, June 16, 2010, at the M.S. Hershey Medical Center. He was the husband of Doris R. (Stumpf) Andrews. Edward was born in Lebanon, on October 14, 1942. He was a son of the late John S. and Lillian B. (Mease) Andrews. He was a retired production generalist at Hershey Company. He also had worked at LVOLebanon Offset Printing Company in Cleona for 26 years. He was a 1960 graduate of Lebanon Catholic School. He was a member of St. Cecilia's Church, R-Field & Stream Club, and the Kittatinney hunting and fishing club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and spending time with his grandchildren and pets. In addition to his wife, Doris, he is survived by four children, Margaret M., wife of Randall Funck of Bunker Hill, W.Va., Dr. Michael E., husband of Jestine M. Andrews of Lebanon, Edward J. Andrews, Jr. of Lebanon, and Doreen M. Andrews, companion of David Snyder of Jonestown. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, Ilene, Owen, and Nathan Funck, Michael E. Andrews, II, Claire E. Andrews, Jennifer and Jessica Andrews, and Victoria and Samantha Shay; a great-grandson, Camron Buchmoyer; a sister, Mary Barnhart, wife of Thomas of Huntingdon; a brother, James, husband of Barbara Andrews of Myerstown; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, John C. Andrews, and a sister- in-law, Melvia Andrews. Funeral Mass Tuesday, June 22, at 10 a.m. from the Church of St. Cecilia, 202 E. Lehman St., Lebanon, 17046. Interment at St. Gertrude's Cemetery. Viewing hours Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday morning from 9 to 9:30 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., 126 S. 9th St., Lebanon, 17042. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society of Lebanon County, 150 N. Ramona Road, Myerstown, PA 17067; or to M.S. Hershey Cancer Institute, Department of University Development, 600 Centerview Drive, Hershey, PA 17033.
