  LEBANON Sandra F. Betz, 70, died Friday, October 15, 2010, in the Good 
  Samaritan Hospital of Lebanon. She was the wife of Paul E. Betz, III to whom 
  she would have been married 50 years on October 22, 2010. She was born February 
  27, 1940, in Lebanon, a daughter of the late John R. and Ethel C. Little 
  Clouse. She was a member of the St. Luke's Episcopal Church of Lebanon and 
  loved spending time with her great-granddaughter. Surviving, in addition to her 
  husband, are children, Kelly K., wife of James Hoffer of Cleona, and John R., 
  husband of Robin Betz of Palmyra; stepchildren, Michael K. Betz of Mt. Gretna 
  and Kevin P. Betz of Lebanon; five grandchildren; six stepgrandchildren; 16 
  grea-grandchildren; and sister, Jean C. Pappas of Harrisburg. She was preceded 
  in death by a son, Samuel Betz, and brother, John R. Clouse. Funeral service 
  will be held at the convenience of the family. Rohland Funeral Home, Inc. is 
  handling the arrangements.
