  Willard L. Blecker 
   
  Willard L. Blecker HARRISBURG Willard Leo Blecker, 67, passed away on Saturday, 
  January 23, 2010, in the Hershey Medical Center. He was born January 22, 1943, 
  in Lebanon, the son of the late Leo H. Blecker and C. Marie Blecker. Bill 
  graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Marketing and was 
  a marketing representative for the Bendix Corporation for 19 years. Surviving 
  are his wife, Charlotte L. Blecker; two sons, Steven W., husband of Lisa Downey 
  of Reno, Nev., and Douglas L., husband of Vivian Sung of Providence, R.I.; 
  granddaughter, Kelsey Jade Blecker; one brother, LaMarr Blecker, husband of 
  Edith Mae of Towaco, N.J.; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. In 
  addition, he is survived by his beloved dog, Misty. Bill enjoyed raising 
  plants, fishing and was an avid collector of antiques and collectibles. His 
  memorial service will be held at the Colonial Park United Church of Christ, 
  5000 Devonshire Road, Harrisburg, on Wednesday at 11 a.m., preceded by a 
  visitation at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in 
  his name to the Humane Society of Harrisburg, 7790 Grayson Road, Harrisburg, 
  PA. 17111.
