  THOMPSONTOWN Betty L. Boyer, 77, died on Tuesday, October 12, 2010, at 
  Lewistown Hospital. She was born on Friday, September 29, 1933, to the late 
  John A. Ulrich, Sr. and Ella Marie Ulrich nee Werner in Lebanon. She enjoyed 
  reading the Bible, puzzles, and supported missionaries. Surviving are 
  daughters, Mary J., spouse of Robert Wagner of Thompsontown, and Ann, spouse of 
  Rodney Hart of Juniata Co.; sons, Calvin A., spouse of Jayne Boyer of Annville, 
  and John A., Sr., spouse of Vickie Boyer of Lebanon; daughter, Ella M. Flemming 
  of Pine Grove; son, James E. Boyer of Montana; daughter, Larene B., spouse of 
  Shawn Dierolf of Muhlenburg; 18 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 
  brothers, Wayne Ulrich and John A. Ulrich, Jr.; sisters, Ora Bell Bomgardner 
  and Joan Merkey; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 
  husband, Calvin E. Boyer, and brother, Robert Ulrich. Viewing will be on 
  Monday, October 18, 2010, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 
  226 Cumberland St., Lebanon. An evening viewing will also be on Sunday from 6 
  to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services will be on Monday at 11 a.m. at 
  the funeral home. Burial will be at Grand View Memorial Park, Annville, 
  following the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Tony and Heather 
  Book, Missionaries to the Philippines, in memory of Betty L. Boyer, c/o SEND 
  International, P.O. Box 513 Acct. #169621, Farmington Hills, MI 48332.
