  Michael E. Budnyk Sr. 
  
  SR. LEBANON Michael E. Budnyk, Sr., 88, Lebanon, passed away Monday, September 
  13, 2010, at the Good Samaritan Hospital. He was the husband of Joann E. Werth 
  Budnyk and the late Betty Jane (Moyer) Budnyk who died in 1966. Michael was 
  born in Scranton, on October 15, 1921, a son of the late Peter and Tessie 
  (Karuk) Budnyk. He had owned and operated the Lebanon Window Cleaning Co. from 
  1966 until his retirement in 2001. He was a member of St. Mary's Church. He was 
  a lifetime member of the Central Democratic Club. He enjoyed watching 
  Television, going to Penn State games and golf outings. Surviving, in addition 
  to his wife, are four children, Michael E. Jr. husband of Anita Budnyk of 
  Genesee, Peter husband of Carolyn Budnyk of Stephens City, Va., Rick Budnyk of 
  Lititz, and Patricia Groff of Reading; two step-children; Barbara wife of John 
  Arnold of Lebanon and Deborah wife of George Newmaster of Lebanon; 16 
  grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Marie Hennessey of 
  Collegeville. He was preceded in death by a sister, Anna Duffy. Funeral Mass 
  Thursday 11a.m. at St. Mary's Church, 2 N. 8th St., Lebanon, 17046. Viewing 
  hours Thursday 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. 126 S. 9th St. 
  Lebanon, 17042. Interment at Grand View Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of 
  flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary's Church or the American Cancer 
  Society , P.O. Box 1274, Lebanon 17042.
