  Katherine M. Carpenter 
  
  NEWMANSTOWN Katherine M. Carpenter, 67, went to be with her Lord on December 
  28, 2010. She was the wife of Glenn R. Carpenter with whom she was married to 
  for 49 years. Katherine was a homemaker. She worked previously at Warner 
  Lambert in Lititz, and Kellogg Company in Lancaster. She was a loving wife, 
  mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was the daughter of the late 
  William and Lillian Eberly Seubert. She enjoyed playing cards, scrabble and 
  traveling to Germany and Jamaica. Katherine is survived by children, Anne Marie 
  Carpenter and companion Joan Dickinson of Lancaster; Teressa "Tess" Hartsough 
  of Lancaster; Stephen Carpenter and companion Nanci Sc holl of Palmyra; 
  Michelle M. wife of Brian Blouse of Womelsdorf; Birgit Hussart of Ankum, 
  Germany; grandchildren, Joey, Stephanie, Rachel, Vickie, Andy, Sarah, Adam, 
  Katie, Denise, Janine and Hannah; great-grandchildren, Isaiah, Collin, Kimber 
  and Lainey Grace; sister, Cecelia wife of Robert Bachman of Lititz; brother, 
  Thomas husband of Christie Seubert, New Hampshire; several nieces and nephews. 
  She was preceded in death by a son, Christopher J. Carpenter, grandson, Joshua 
  M. Gerber and sister, Frances Pedia. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, 
  January 4, 2011, at 11 a.m. in the Rohland Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St., 
  Lebanon. Interment will be made in the Schaefferstown Cemetery. Viewing will be 
  on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 to 11 a.m., both at the funeral 
  home.
