  Miriam E. Cole 
  
  MYERSTOWN Miriam E. Cole, 80, died Saturday, September 25, 2010, at StoneRidge 
  Towne Centre, Myerstown. She was the wife of Clifton M. Cole, Jr. to whom she 
  was married 10 years on August 26, 2010. Her first husband, George A. Sites, 
  died May 2, 1983. Born in Lebanon, on February 21, 1930, she was the daughter 
  of the late George G. and Pauline R. (Sheetz) Zimmerman. She worked in the 
  dietary dept. of the Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon, for many years before 
  working at Bernville Manufacturing, Richland, for five years, retiring in 1995. 
  She was a member of Millcreek Lutheran Church, Newmanstown, had been a past 
  vice president of the Myerstown VFW Auxiliary, and was a member of the Richland 
  American Legion. She enjoyed playing the organ, crocheting, and fishing. In 
  addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Steve Sites of Alabama; 
  brothers, Paul, husband of Lois Zimmerman of Myerstown, Harry, husband of Della 
  Zimmerman of Lewes, Del., and Roy, husband of Nancy Zimmerman of Lewes, Del.; 
  and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. She was 
  preceded in death by sons, Eddy and Michael Sites. A memorial service will be 
  held Thursday at 10 a.m. from Grose Funeral Home, 358 W. Washington Ave., 
  Myerstown. Interment will follow at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville. 
  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer 
  Society , P.O.B. 1274, Lebanon, PA 17042.
