  Donald R. Cooke 
  
  LEBANON Donald R. Cooke, 62, passed away on Tuesday, October 5, 2010, at his 
  home. He was the husband of Andrea R. McLaughlin Cooke, and on September 11, 
  they were married for twelve years. Born in Providence, R.I., on July 22, 1948, 
  he was the son of the late Lewis and Gertrude Glynn Cooke. He retired in 1994 
  as a U.S. Army MSG, after 23 years of service. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys 
  and Boston Red Sox fan and he enjoyed volunteering for the Cornwall Elementary 
  PTO. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Terri wife of 
  Greg Chizzini of Charlotte, N.C., and Katie A. Cooke, at home; brother, Lewis 
  Cooke, Jr., of Lebanon; sisters, Lorraine Miller of Lebanon and Doreen Heisey 
  of Annville; and his granddaughter, Madeline Chizzini. He was preceded in death 
  by a sister, Beverly Cooke. Memorial services will be held on Friday at 10:30 
  a.m. at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Rt. 72 & Camp Meeting Rd., 
  Jonestown. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Inurnment 
  will be at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial 
  contributions may be made to the GSH-Hospice, 202 Hathaway Park, Lebanon, PA 
  17042 or to PAWS, P.O. Box 855, Camp hill, PA 17001.
