  ANNVILLE Frank Byers Coover, 88, died Friday, December 3, 2010. Born October 5, 
  1922, in Shippensburg, he was the son of the late George E. and Minnie (Byers) 
  Coover. He was a retired self-employed dairy farmer and the widower of Shirley 
  (Powell) Coover who died December 21, 1954, and Mary (Thomas) Coover who died 
  December 25, 2001. Surviving are his children Betty L., wife of Robert Reiner, 
  Carolyn E., wife of Lewis Leeper, Mary K., wife of Paul Kreider, Roger L., 
  husband of Lauren Coover, Paul R. Coover, and Ann M. Smith; 19 grandchildren; 
  38 great-grandchildren; and 17 great-great-grandchildren. He was also preceded 
  in death by daughter, Patricia Coover; and son, Robert Wiest, husband of Mary. 
  A graveside service will be held 2 Friday at Shells Cemetery, 287 Shells Church 
  Road, Grantville. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American 
  Diabetes Association , 3544 N. Progress Ave., Suite 101, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
