M. shabodeho@aol.com May 12, 2010, 8:22 pm Published in Lebanon Daily News on May 11, 2010 Rose Pavone DiVittore Rose DiVittore HERSHEY Rose Pavone DiVittore, 79, passed away peacefully on May 9, 2010, at home. She was the wife of Ercoli DiVittore. Rose was born in Palmyra, July 21, 1930, the daughter of Carmine and Goina (Rastelli) Pavone. She lived in the Hershey area her entire life where she and Ercoli raised their children. Rose was a member of St. Joan of Arc Roman Catholic Church where she sang in the choir and was a "Martha" for many years. She is survived by her husband Ercoli; daughters, Julianne Kullman of Harrisburg and Lisa DiVittore of Hershey; son, Steven DiVittore and wife, Rose Ersland DiVittore of Wray, Colorado; and son-inlaw, Robert Whary. Also by grandchildren, Jennifer Whary Maurer wife of Eric Maurer of Hershey, Karen Patton, Matthew E. DiVittore, Ashley Patton Dellasega wife of Joseph Dellasega of Hummelstown, Thomas DiVittore, Aaron DiVittore, Emily DiVittore, John Paul DiVittore; and great- grandchildren, Eric R. Mauer, Kevin Maurer, and Blaire Dellasega. She was predeceased by daughter, Kathryn DiVittore Whary; and grandson, Adam Whary. A memorial mass will be celebrated Wednesday at 11 a.m. in her church located at 359 W. Areba Ave., Hershey. There will be no visitation or viewing. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Asera Care Hospice, 75 S. Houcks Rd., Ste 101, Harrisburg, PA 17109. Hoover Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. of Hershey are handling the arrangements.
