  Mary A. Dubbs READING Mary A. Dubbs, 96, formerly of Fredericksburg, died 
  Tuesday, February 23, 2010, at Berks Heim, Reading. She was the widow of Fred 
  W. Dubbs, who died in 1991. Born in Frystown, on October 30, 1913, she was the 
  daughter of the late Reily and Cora (Miller) Dubbs. She had been employed at 
  Sterling Drug, Myerstown, for 13 years, retiring in 1979. Prior to working at 
  Sterling Drug, she had been employed for 40 years at the former Liebowitz's 
  Shirt Co., Myerstown. She was a member of St. Paul's U.C.C., Hamlin, and the 
  Frystown Lionettes. She enjoyed cooking and crocheting afghans. She is survived 
  by a son, Clayton R. Dubbs of Reading; two granddaughters; six 
  greatgrandchildren; eight greatgreat-grandchildren; and several nieces and 
  nephews. She was preceded in death by sisters, Arlene Reed, Carrie Noll, and 
  Helen Schlappich. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 2, 2010, at 11 
  a.m. from Grose Funeral Home, 358 W. Washington Ave., Myerstown. Viewing 
  Tuesday at 10 a.m. Interment at Hamlin Cemetery, Bethel Twp. In lieu of 
  flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's U.C.C., 129 Chestnut 
  Hill Road, Fredericksburg, PA 17026.
