Eisenhauer, 58, was ushered into the presence of her Savior on Saturday, February 6, 2010, completing her earthly ministry as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, faithful servant and sister in Christ. Born May 16, 1951, to the late Ralph J. and June E. (Gibble) Gingrich; she was the sister of Robert, husband of Rita; Joel, husband of Barbara; and Lois, wife of Gregory Clark. Eunice married Craig E. Eisenhauer on June 28, 1975, and was the devoted mother of Bradley C., Jeffrey C., Janell L., wife of Philemon Canakis, and Julie A., wife of Samuel Graham; and adoring MaMa of Alexander and Grant Canakis. A 1969 graduate of Cedar Crest High School and 1971 graduate of Lebanon VoTech Practical Nursing Program, Eunice was a compassionate nurse first in the Pediatric ward of the Good Samaritan Hospital, then at Drs. Hartman and Otto Pediatrics for more than twenty years, and most recently in Pediatric Pulmonary at the Hershey Medical Center. After accepting the Lord as her personal Savior, Eunice began a lifelong ministry of local church service. Her early years were spent ministering at Jonestown Bible Church and the last 29 years at Faith Baptist Church. A memorial service will be held on Thursday at 7 p.m. at Faith Baptist Church, 220 S. 22nd Street, Lebanon. A visitation will be held following the service. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. No flowers please. Memorial contributions can be made to Faith Baptist Church and will be directed to Truth Learning Center, a Christian school ministry in Tanzania, Africa.
