  Larry E. Evans 
  
  LANCASTER Larry E. Evans, 65, passed away at the Mt. Joy Hospice Inpatient 
  Center, Mt. Joy, on Saturday, August 14, 2010. He was born in Harrisburg, on 
  August 4, 1945, the son of the late Rufus R. Evans and Evelyn Marie (Miller) 
  Evans. He was the retired proprietor of the former Evans Muffler Center, 
  Palmyra, and a member of the former Bethany E.U.B. Church, Palmyra. His many 
  passions in life were boating, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, swimming, and 
  water and snow skiing. Surviving are his sister, Marianne Evans Morgan, wife of 
  Dennis R. Morgan of Palmyra; daughter, Michelle O'Dell, wife of Dan O'Dell, 
  granddaughters, MiKayla Mauser and Mariah Mauser, and a great-grandson, 
  Domminick Hauck, all of Jonestown. Memorial service will be held Tuesday, 
  August 24, 2010, at 3:30 p.m. in the chapel at W.S.R.M., 210 S. Prince St., 
  Lancaster. Scattering of Larry's ashes at sea will take place at the 
  convenience of the family. Arrangements are by Auer Cremation Services of PA, 
  Inc.
