  Charles W. Fackler Sr. 
   
  Charles W. Fackler, Sr. PALMYRA Charles W. Fackler, Sr., 90, died Thursday 
  April 8, 2010, in Hospice of Lancaster County, Mt. Joy. He was the husband of 
  Anna Mae Dupler Fackler with whom he would have celebrated their 70th Wedding 
  Anniversary this August. Born in Palmyra on December 4, 1919, he was the son of 
  the late Aaron E. and Emma Gipe Fackler. He was previously employed as a truck 
  driver for PA Farm Bureau and then retired as assistant manager after 45 years 
  with Agway, Lebanon. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran of WWII, a member of the 
  Annville Church of the Brethren, and a lifetime member of the Bellegrove Fire 
  Company. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are two sons, Charles W. Fackler, 
  Jr. and wife, Carolyn of Woodstown, N.J., and Edward L. Fackler and wife, Sue 
  of Pittsburgh; a daughter, Elsie M., wife of Winston L. Heisey of Palmyra; nine 
  grandchildren; 21 greatgrandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. He 
  was preceded in death by two brothers, Lester A. and Earl Leroy Fackler; a 
  sister, Dorothy Manari; and a step-mother, Edna Balmer Fackler. Funeral 
  services will be held on Monday, April 12, 2010, at 11 a.m. from the Annville 
  Church of the Brethren, 495 E. Maple Street, Annville, PA 17003. Interment will 
  be in South Annville Cemetery. Viewing will be held on Sunday evening from 6 to 
  8 p.m. at the Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, 618 E. Main St., Annville, 
  and also on Monday from 10 ot 11 a.m. prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, 
  contributions may be made to the Annville Church of the Brethren Building 
  Fund.
