  PALMYRA Leslie Susan (Kreitz) Fahnestock, 43, passed away peacefully at home 
  with her loving family by her side on Wednesday, August 25, 2010. She is 
  survived by her husband Jeffrey A. Fahnestock. She was born Saturday, October 
  29, 1966, in Lebanon to Charles D. and Joan E. (Kissinger) Kreitz. She was a 
  1984 graduate of Bradwell Institute and later graduated from Empire Beauty 
  School. She enjoyed reading, crafts, being a mother, and spending time with her 
  grandchild. She is survived by two daughters, Alyssa A. Kreitz of Palmyra and 
  Megan M. Fahnestock of Annville; one son, Matthew C. Formica of Palmyra; one 
  grandchild, Jordan T. Kreitz; one brother, David C. Kreitz of Ga. A Memorial 
  Service will be held Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Calvary Bible Church in Mt .Wilson. 
  Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions 
  may be made in her honor to the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org. 
  Arrangements have been entrusted to Rothermel Funeral Home & Cremation 
  Services, Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra, PA 17078.
