Forry, 60, passed away on Wednesday, September 15, 2010, at her residence. She was the wife of Samuel Forry, Jr. The couple celebrated their 41st wedding anniversary in June 2010. Born in Lebanon, on October 4, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Marion Boltz Spangler. She was a member of the Little Swatara Church of the Brethren, was a Sunday School and Bible school teacher, sang in the church choir, and was part of Caring Connections. She was a member of the Berks Farm Women #2, and loved flowers and gardening. She especially loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons, Michael S., husband of Linda Forry of Bethel, Matthew H. Forry of Rehrersburg, and Mark C., husband of Heather Forry of Myerstown; daughter, Mary E. Forry of West Chester; brother, Ronald, husband of Lucy Spangler of Myerstown; sisters, Gloria, wife of Ray Geesaman of New Providence, Eleanor, wife of Irvin Focht of Reading, Linda, wife of Robert Neidig of Alaska, and Karen, wife of Albert Kline of Myerstown; grandchildren, Mallory, Kelsey, Mark Jr., and Julianne; and stepgrandchildren, Courtney and Cody Ebersole. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 20, 2010, at 11 a.m. at the Little Swatara Church of the Brethren, 31 Rehrersburg Road, Rehrersburg. Viewing will be at the church on Sunday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Monday. Interment will be at the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her church. Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Jonestown, is handling the arrangements.
