  Herman C. Fortna, Jr. LEBANON Herman Charles Fortna, Jr., 57, died Tuesday, 
  February 23, 2010, at Manor Care, Lebanon. Born June 5, 1952, in Lebanon, he 
  was a son of Herman C. and Geraldine (Eisenhour) Fortna, Sr. Mr. Fortna 
  attended Sandhill Church of Christ in Christian Union, Lebanon. Surviving are 
  two sons, Herman C. Fortna, III and Nathan Fortna, both of Gordon; two 
  daughters, Heather and Hilary Fortna, both of Gordon; his father, Herman C. 
  Fortna, Sr. of Lebanon; three brothers, John J. Fortna of Morganton, N.C., 
  Archie R. Fortna of Charlotte, N.C., and Eric L. Fortna of Asheville, N.C.; 
  three sisters, Debra I. Kistler and Josephine A. Fortna, both of Butler, Ind., 
  and Lori L. Julow of Danville, W.Va.; and several nieces and nephews. He was 
  preceded in death by his mother, Geraldine Fortna; and a sister, Sharon 
  Bennetch. Memorial services will be announced at a later date. In lieu of 
  flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Sandhill Church 
  of Christ in Christian Union, 1000 Laurel St., Lebanon, PA 17042. Arrangements 
  by Auer Cremation Services of PA, Inc., Harrisburg.
