Foster, 90, Willow Terrace, died Thursday, September 23, 2010, in Spang Crest Manor, Lebanon, after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was the wife of the late Walter D. Foster. She was born in West Lebanon on March 24, 1920, daughter of the late Thomas and Effie Shuey Clark. She was a graduate of the Good Samaritan Hospital School of Practical Nursing and worked as an LPN for many years in the Lebanon area. She was a graduate of Lebanon High School and was a member of Grace Independent Church, W. Lebanon. She is survived by a son, Timothy W. Foster, Sr. and wife, Gail of Venice, Fla.; grandchildren, Timothy W. Foster, Jr. and wife, Sandra K. of Oxford, Ala., and Tammie Lynn Foster of Kennesaw, Ga.; great-grandchild, Camryn Foster of Kennesaw Ga.; sisters, Norma, wife of Michael Pantelich of Lebanon, and Joan C Sheffey of Lebanon; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by son, Terry Foster; daughter, Jill Foster; and sister, Lorraine C. Liacha. Private services will be held. Arrangements are entrusted to the Ruffner- Porterfield Funeral Directors & Cremation Services, Ltd., 890 Isabel Drive, Lebanon, with James A. Porterfield in charge of the arrangements.
