"Chuck" Fralick, 78, died Friday February 26, 2010, in the Lebanon VA Med Center. He was the husband of Lois E. Keath Fralick. He was born in Schaefferstown, on August 9, 1931. He was an Army Veteran of the Korean War, attaining the rank of Corporal. He was retired from Quaker Alloy, Myerstown. He was a member of Sunnyside Motorcycle Club, where he was known as "Pappy", R. Field and Stream, AMVETS Post 293, Lebanon American Legion Post 158, and AA, being sober for 35 years. In addition to his wife, he is survived by sons, Kerry L. Fralick of Lebanon and Terry M. Fralick of Lebanon; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and brother, Richard Fralick of Lebanon. He was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. in Rohland Funeral Home, Inc., 5th and Cumberland Sts., Lebanon, where a viewing will be held Tuesday beginning at 9:30 a.m. Interment in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Lebanon VA Med Center, 1700 S. Lincoln Ave., Lebanon, PA 17042.
