  MYERSTOWN Martha C. Fulk, 94, died Monday, December 6, 2010, at her residence. 
  She was the wife of Frederick I. Fulk who died December 16, 1997. Born in 
  Frystown, on February 16, 1916, she was the daughter of the late Edwin H. and 
  Agnes (Meyer) Brightbill. Along with her husband, they owned and operated the 
  Buy-Rite Food Market, Myerstown for 28 years, retiring in 1976. She was a 
  member of Myerstown Church of the Brethren where she had been a former 
  deaconess and Sunday School teacher for many years. She had also been president 
  of the Myerstown WCTU for 24 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family 
  at their summer home and enjoyed quilting and gardening. She is survived by a 
  daughter Faye wife of Jerome Chepulis of Lebanon, and a son William husband of 
  Judi Fulk of Myerstown; three grandchildren Krista Chepulis, Keith husband of 
  Mara Fulk, and Derek Fulk; two great-grandchildren, Kiara and Alessandro Fulk; 
  and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at the convenience of the 
  family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the "Building 
  Fund" of Myerstown Church of the Brethren, 51 W. Stoever Ave., Myerstown, PA 
  17067 or Lebanon County WCTU, c/o Mrs. Ruth Baker, 333 W. Queen Street, 
  Annville, PA 17003.Grose Funeral Home, Myerstown is entrusted with the 
  arrangements.
