  Irvin K. Gampher, Jr. LEBANON Irvin K. 'Butch' Gampher, Jr., 78, Lebanon, died 
  on Friday, May 14, 2010, at Cedar Haven. He was born on Tuesday, October 13, 
  1931, to the late Irvin K. Gampher, Sr. and Magdalena Gampher nee Bogner in 
  Palmyra. He was a member of St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church. He worked as 
  a mail clerk at Cedar Haven. He was a member of the slow poke club, enjoyed 
  music, bowling and sang in the choir at Cedar Haven and helped with the 
  workdays at St. James Lutheran Church. Surviving are sister, Kathy spouse of 
  Jim Plummer, Lock Haven; several cousins; and fiance, Helen Steckbeck. Viewing 
  will be on Wednesday from 9 to 10 a.m. at Cedar Haven, 590 S. 5th Ave., 
  Lebanon. An evening viewing will also be on Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at 
  Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland St., Lebanon. Funeral services 
  will be on Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Cedar Haven. Burial will be at Bindnagles 
  Lutheran Church Cemetery, Palmyra, following the service. Memorial 
  contributions may be made to Cedar Haven Gift Fund, 590 S. 5th Ave., Lebanon, 
  PA 17042; or St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church, 53 Chestnut St., Lebanon PA 
  17042. Christman's Funeral Home, Inc. is honored to serve the family with the 
  arrangements.
