  Clarence E. Gerber 
   
  Clarence E. Gerber MYERSTOWN Clarence E. Gerber, 86, passed away Sunday, March 
  14, 2010, in Lebanon VA Hospital. Born on January 6, 1924, in Roedersville, he 
  was a son of the late George E. and Annie R. Brown Gerber. He was an Army 
  veteran of WWII. Clarence was a self employed Truck Driver. Preceding him in 
  death were his wife of 54 years, Irene Brown Gerber; one son, Larry Gerber; a 
  brother, Louis Gerber; and a sister, Erma Beuchler. Surviving are two 
  daughters, Rosanne Weikel of Bristol, and Patricia Gerber of Levittown; one 
  son, Rodney Gerber of Marienville; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; 
  and four brothers, Joseph Gerber, Carl Gerber, Robert Gerber, and Richard 
  Gerber. Funeral services will be held in the H. L. Snyder Funeral Home, Inc., 
  Pine Grove, on Thursday at 2 p.m. with Dr. Richard W. Schoenleber officiating. 
  There will be a viewing on Thursday from 12:30 p.m. until time of service in 
  the H. L. Snyder Funeral Home, Inc. Interment will follow in the Jacob's 
  Lutheran Cemetery, Pine Grove. The pallbearers will be William Gerber, Eric 
  Gerber, Joe Gerber, Carl Gerber, Derrick Lawrence, and John Caron. The family 
  would prefer, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer 
  Society , 701 Cumberland St. P.O. Box 1274, Lebanon, Pa. 17042, in his memory.
