  Dorothy I. Gingrich 
   
  Dorothy I. Gingrich FREDERICKSBURG Dorothy I. Gingrich, 97, passed away on 
  Thursday, July 1, 2010, at the Stone Ridge Popular Run Campus, Myerstown. She 
  was the wife of the late Verling H. Gingrich. Born in Fredericksburg, on July 
  28, 1912, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Ella Hauer. Along with her 
  late husband, they owned and operated the former Verl's Restaurant in 
  Fredericksburg and Verl's Salads, she retired in 1989. She was a member of the 
  St. John's United Church of Christ, Fredericksburg, and active in its Women's 
  Fellowship and had been very active in the Northern Lebanon Boosters. She is 
  survived by her son, Gary L. husband of Alberta Gingrich of Fredericksburg; 
  grandchildren, Scott husband of Lisa Gingrich of Lebanon, Keith husband of 
  Robin Gingrich of Jonestown and Krista wife of Andrew Krause of Cleona; 
  greatgrandchildren, Taylor, Noah and Madeline; several nieces, nephews and a 
  greatniece, Darlene Warlow and great-great-niece, Stephanie Warlow. She was 
  preceded in death by her brother, LloydHauer and sister, Verna Brown. Memorial 
  services will be held on Sunday, July 11, 2010, at 3 p.m. at the St. John's 
  United Church of Christ, Fredericksburg. No viewing. Visitation will follow the 
  service in the church fellowship hall. Interment will be in Cedar Hill 
  Cemetery, Fredericksburg, at the convenience of the fmaily. In lieu of flowers, 
  memorial contributions may be made to her church at P.O. Box 87, 
  Fredericksburg, PA 17026.
