Gingrich, 97, of the Lebanon Valley Brethren Home, died Tuesday, April 13, 2010, at the home. Born May 1, 1912, in Lebanon, she was a daughter of the late George and Esther (Stover) Gerberich. A member of First United Methodist Church, Palmyra, the Palmyra Women's Club, Antique Automobile Club of America, and Hershey Region AACA, she was an officer of Gingrich Motor Company, Lebanon, and enjoyed playing bridge and golf. In 1976, she was preceded in death by husband, Laverd C. "Bud" Gingrich, and daughter, Marilyn Gluntz. Surviving are her daughter, Janice G. Brandt of Mt. Gretna, and son, Terry Gingrich of Hershey; 10 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. Private interment will be in Ebenezer Cemetery, Lebanon. Memorial contributions may be made to First United Methodist Church, 520 E. Birch St., Palmyra, PA 17078; or the Lebanon Valley Brethren Home, Good Samaritan Fund, 1200 Grubb St., Palmyra, PA 17078.
