  MYERSTOWN Arlene J. Haag, 91, died on Wednesday, December 22, 2010, at Good 
  Samaritan Hospital. She was born on Wednesday, December 17, 1919, to the late 
  Elmer Barnes and Cora Barnes nee Neidig in Palmyra. She was a member of 
  Myerstown United Church of Christ. She worked as a department manager at 
  Boscovs. Surviving are son, Gene Haag of Myerstown; daughter, Patricia Siegrist 
  of Mechanicsburg; grandchildren, Todd Haag of Venice, Fla., and Jeremy Haag of 
  Lebanon; stepgrandchildren, Michael Heck of Myerstown and Kristina Rupponer of 
  Lebanon; step great-grandchildren, Joseph Rupponer, Alexa Rupponer, and Brayden 
  Heck; and brothers, Russell Gingrich, Jr. of Campbelltown and Jack Gingrich of 
  Palmyra. She was preceded in death by husband, Herman H. Haag; brothers, Carl 
  Gingrich and Robert Gingrich; and sister, Evelyn Mariani. Graveside services 
  will be at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to 
  GSH Hospice, P.O. Box 1281, Lebanon, PA 17042. Christman's Funeral Home, Inc. 
  is honored to serve the family with the arrangements.
