  Julie A. Harter LEBANON Julie Ann Harter, 45, died Saturday, January 16, 2010. 
  Born April 11, 1964, formerly from Elizabethtown, she was a daughter of the 
  late Andrew and Ruth (Klinger) Stone. She was a 1981 graduate of the 
  Elizabethtown Area High School and received her bachelor's degree from Penn 
  State University. She was a former drug and alcohol counselor and formerly 
  employed at Phil Haven, Lebanon in the Therapy and Support System. She was a 
  member of Alcoholics Anonymous. Surviving are her husband Joel G. Harter; 
  daughters, Abigail F. Harter and Anna G. Harter, both at home; a brother, Jesse 
  A. Stone of Middletown; sisters, Jody R., wife of Peter Stuart of Highspire and 
  Jeri D., wife of Mark Culbertson of Elizabethtown; and a nephew, Reese A. 
  Culbertson. Memorial services will be held at 4 P.M. Saturday at Donegal 
  Presbyterian Church, 1891 Donegal Springs Road, Mount Joy, preceded by a 
  visitation from 3 p.m. The family invites relatives and friends to join them 
  for a reception at the church following the service. In lieu of flowers, 
  contributions may be made to National Alliance on Mental Illness, 2149 N. 2nd 
  S., Harrisburg, PA 17110; or to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 1263, 
  Lebanon, PA 17042.
