  GRANTVILLE Hilda A. (Bachman) Herr, 95, died Tuesday, November 16, 2010, at the 
  Lebanon Valley Home, Annville. Born October 1, 1915, in North Cornwall 
  Township, Lebanon County, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Mary (Erb) 
  Bachman. She married John M. Herr, on October 22, 1937, and he preceded her in 
  death on August 8, 1996, after 59 years of marriage. Hilda and John owned John 
  M. Herr's Mills in Grantville and Jonestown. A member of St. John's United 
  Methodist Church, Grantville, she was a former Sunday School teacher and class 
  president. She was a member of Farm Women, Grantville Volunteer Fire Company 
  Ladies Auxiliary, East Hanover Township Autumn Leaves and was an East Hanover 
  Township Lioness. Surviving are her children, Rev. Earl E. Herr of Martinsburg, 
  Paul L. Herr of Grantville and Darlene M. Reichelderfer of Hummelstown; 
  grandchildren, Ruth A. (Herr) Wolfe, Laura M. (Herr) Clark, Rebecca J. (Herr) 
  Winger, John P. 'Scott' Herr, Ryan E. Herr, Thomas D. Herr, Terry L. Herr, 
  Tracey L. Rader, Eric D. Reichelderfer, Brian S. Reichelderfer and Chad M. 
  Reichelderfer; 16 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and 
  brother, Elmer Bachman of Fontana. She was preceded in death by siblings Verna 
  Bachman, Ruth Helm, Victor Bachman, Paul Bachman and Richard Bachman. A funeral 
  service will be held 11 a.m. Friday at her church, 165 Firehouse Road, 
  Grantville, preceded by a viewing from 10 a.m. Interment will be in Grantville 
  Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. John's United 
  Methodist Church, P.O. Box 130, Grantville, PA 17028.
