  Wayne A. Herr GRANTVILLE Wayne A. Herr, 74, died Thursday, January 14, 2010, at 
  his home surrounded by his loving family. Born November 21, 1935, in Lebanon, 
  he was the son of the late Rev. Lloyd and Edith F. (Mintz) Herr and was also 
  preceded in death by a brother, Ronald Herr; and a sister, Elaine Wildasin. The 
  owner of Herr Signal and Lighting Company, Incorporated, Grantville, he was a 
  member of Community Bible Church, Palmyra, National Rifle Association and the 
  Hershey Region and Pennsylvania Dutch Region Antique Automobile Club of 
  America. Surviving are his wife of 54 years, Shelby J. (Litz) Herr; children 
  Jeffrey, husband of Renee Herr of Sharpsburg, Ga., Karen Herr of Harrisburg, 
  Tracy Herr of Harrisburg and Wesley, husband of Sandra Herr of Grantville; 
  grandchildren, Brandon, Jessica, Nathan and Joshua Herr and Michelle and Cody 
  Lombardo; sister, Lorraine, wife of Richard Helman of Palmyra. Funeral services 
  will be held 10 a.m. Monday, January 18, 2010, at his church, 1849 S. Forge 
  Road, Palmyra. Viewings will be held 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Buse Funeral Home, 
  145 N. Grant St., Palmyra and 9 to 10 a.m. Monday at the church. Interment will 
  be in Gravel Hill Cemetery, Palmyra. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions 
  may be made to Community Bible Church, 1849 S. Forge Road, Palmyra, PA 17078; 
  or to Compassionate Care Hospice, 1513 Cedar Cliff Drive, Suite 100, Camp Hill, 
  PA 17011.
