  Sylvia L. Hershey 
  
  PALMYRA Sylvia L. Hershey, 87, of the Lebanon Valley Brethren Home, 1200 Grubb 
  Street, Palmyra, died Wednesday, December 1, 2010, in the home. She was the 
  wife of Earl S. Hershey, who died in 2001. Born in Annville on November 2, 
  1923, she was the daughter of the late Kreider and Anna Hostetter Light. She 
  was employed for 22 years in the Kit Kat department at Reece's Candy Company, 
  Hershey. Sylvia was a graduate of Annville High School, a member of Fontana 
  Christian Fellowship Church, and the Fontana Union Sunday School. Surviving are 
  a son, Kenneth L. Hershey of Lanexa, Va.; a daughter, Sherry A. wife of Donald 
  G. Hoffer of Lebanon; five grandchildren Kent Hoffer, Kristen Grumbine, Jesse 
  Hershey, Kenneth Hershey, and Michael Hershey; and seven great-grandchildren. 
  She was preceded in death by two brothers, Mervin and Warren Light; and a 
  sister, Ethel Ensminger. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. 
  from the Fontana Christian Fellowship Church. Interment will be in Gingrich 
  Mennonite Cemetery, N. Cornwall Twp. Viewing will be held on Sunday evening 
  from 6-8 p.m. at the Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, 618 E. Main St., 
  Annville, and also prior to the service at the Church. Contributions may be 
  made to the Lebanon Valley Brethren Home, 1200 Grubb Street, Palmyra, PA 17078 
  in her memory.
