  James R. Hoffer 
  
  LEBANON James R. Hoffer passed away Tuesday, September 7, 2010, at the Good 
  Samaritan Hospital. Services are private at the convenience of the family. 
  James was born in Lebanon on November 3, 1954. He was a son of David B. Hoffer, 
  of Lebanon and the late Pauline M. (Drye) Hoffer. He was a 1972 Graduate from 
  the Lebanon High School. In addition to his father, James is survived by a 
  daughter; Jamie Hoffer, of Lebanon, a sister; Cathy Johnston, of Myerstown, two 
  brother's; Steven Hoffer, of Elizabethtown & David A. Hoffer, of Somerset, a 
  grandson; Joshua Remlinger, of Lebanon, a nephew; Benjamin Preis, of Lebanon 
  and several other nieces and nephews.  Services are private at the convenience 
  of the family. Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. was entrusted with arrangements.
