  Neil G. "Hokie" Hoke 
  
  Neil G. Hoke MYERSTOWN Neil 'Hokie' G. Hoke, 75, died Monday, August 2, 2010, 
  at his residence. He was the husband of Fern E. (Smith) Hoke, to whom he was 
  married 52 years on April 26. Born in Hamlin, on August 25, 1934, he was the 
  son of the late George and Bertha (Boltz) Hoke. He was a 1952 graduate of 
  Myerstown High School and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He 
  owned and operated Hoke's Restaurant, Myerstown from 1957-1974. He then worked 
  for Barbey Electronics, Lebanon and Allen Mays Contracting, Myerstown. He was a 
  member of Myerstown UCC; Williamson Masonic Lodge #307 F & AM, Womelsdorf and 
  Tall Cedars of Lebanon. He enjoyed sports and Nascar racing, was an avid 
  Phillies fan and enjoyed getting together with people in the morning at 
  Hardee's in Myerstown. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, 
  Charline wife of William Peters of Lebanon; sister, Eileen Treida of Lebanon; 
  brother, Charles husband of Shirley Hoke of Greensburg; several nieces and 
  nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, George Hoke. Funeral services 
  will be held Wednesday at 3 p.m. from Myerstown UCC. Viewing Wednesday at 2 
  p.m. at the church. Interment will be Thursday at Indiantown Gap National 
  Cemetery, Annville. A procession will form Thursday at 10 a.m. at Grose Funeral 
  Home, 358 W. Washington Ave., Myerstown. In lieu of flowers, memorial 
  contributions may be made to Myerstown UCC, 310 W. Main Ave., Myerstown, PA 
  17067.
