  WOMELSDORF Earl B. Horst, 87, died Monday, December 6, 2010, in his residence. 
  He was the husband of Grace M. Horst Horst, with whom he was married to for 67 
  years. He was born May 22, 1923, in Caernarvon Township, Lancaster County a son 
  of the late Rufus and Lizzie Burkholder Horst. Earl was retired farmer, Bishop 
  of the Hope Mennonite Fellowship and member of the Schaefferstown Mennonite 
  Church. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are children, Marlin R. husband of 
  Elizabeth Jane Martin Horst of Myerstown; Floyd E. husband of Bertha M. 
  Heatwole Horst of Newmanstown; Thelma M. wife of David G. Weaver of Womelsdorf; 
  Lavern S. wife of James H. Doutrich of Meigs, Ga.; J. Elvin husband of Verna G. 
  Zook Horst of Newmanstown; Rhoda L. wife of Wilmer Lehman of Lebanon; 35 
  grandchildren; 80 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild; brother, 
  Rufus B. husband of Margaret Horst of Dunnerville, Fla.; sisters, Susie B. 
  Brubaker of Womelsdorf; Edith B. Zimmerman of Lebanon; Verna B. Brubaker of 
  Baring, Mo.; Elizabeth B. Hoover of Lititz. He was preceded in death by two 
  great-grandchildren; brothers, Ivan Horst and Irvin Horst; sisters, Edna Martin 
  and Alta Martin. Funeral service will be held on Friday at 1:30 p.m. in the 
  Schaefferstown Mennonite Church, 625 N. Market St., Myerstown. Interment will 
  be made in the adjoining church cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday from 1 
  to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8:30 p.m. at the Fairview Mennonite Reception Center, 141 
  Jackson Road, Lebanon. Please omit flowers. Clauser Funeral Home, Inc. is 
  handling the arrangements.
