  LEBANON Jennifer (Kane) Horst, 37, passed away on Saturday, October 30, 2010, 
  at Hershey Medical Center sur-rounded by her loving family after a courage-ous 
  19 month battle with leukemia. Born in Lebanon on January 18, 1973, she was the 
  daughter of Susan (Radai) and Earl W. Geeseman, of Lebanon. Jennifer was a 1991 
  graduate of Lebanon High School and received an Associate Degree in Physical 
  Therapy Assistant from Penn State University. She worked as a physical 
  therapist assistant at The Physical Therapy Association of Myerstown for 5 
  years. She attended Myerstown Church of the Brethren. Jennifer will be 
  remembered for her courage, determination, strength, sweet smile and giggle. 
  Her family was her greatest accomplishment. She loved them passionately and her 
  children were her world and greatest treasure. Jen was an awesome wife and 
  mother. She loved shopping and also, enjoyed cooking and baking and sharing her 
  delicious dishes with family and friends. In addition to her parents, Jennifer 
  is survived by her husband, David H. Horst, to whom she was married for 10 
  years on September 23rd; her beautiful children, Ryan David, and Grace 
  Catherine.; sisters, Linda K., wife of Victor Amoruso, Cumberland, Maryland and 
  Ann Bowman, Telford; also niece and nephew, Audrey and Luke Bowman; and mother-
  in-law, Fay L. Horst. Jen also leaves behind countless friends who have been by 
  her side as she fought so hard to beat this disease. She has touched many 
  hearts and will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her! Funeral services 
  will be held on Thursday at 10 a.m. in Myerstown Church of the Brethren, 51 W. 
  Stoever Ave., Myerstown, with the Rev. Dean Lengel officiating. A visitation 
  with the family will be held on Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the 
  church. Inturment will follow at Schafferstown Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the 
  family requests memorial contributions be sent to, Hospice of Lancaster County, 
  685 Good Dr., P.O. Box 4125, Lancaster, PA 17604; or Leukemia & Lymphoma 
  Society, Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter, 555 N. Lane, Conshohocken, PA 19428. 
  Lord-Bixler Funeral Home, Inc., Pottsville, is in charge of arrangements.
