  LEBANON Charles R. 'Chuck' Johnson, 35, died on Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at 
  his home. He was born on Wednesday, September 17, 1975, to the late Harry 
  Johnson and Sharon Johnson nee Sias in Kimer, Wyo. He worked as a fork lift 
  operator. He enjoyed golf, camping, trains, poker and civil war history. He was 
  also a soccer coach for Lebanon Catholic Girls Soccer. He loved his family, 
  children, friends and would do anything who for someone who needed a helping 
  hand. Surviving are wife, Kelly Johnson nee Fenton, Lebanon; daughters, Breanna 
  Johnson, Mackenna Johnson, Olivia Johnson; son, Alexander Johnson; niece, 
  Kelsey Smith. Visitation will be on Monday, November 15, 2010, from 12 to 2 
  p.m. at Quentin United Church of Christ, Rt. 72 & 419, Lebanon, PA 17042. 
  Memorial services will be on Monday at 2 p.m. at the church. Inurnment will be 
  at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to Fulton 
  Bank c/o Charles R. Johnson Funeral Fund, 1333 E. Lehman St., Lebanon PA 17046. 
  Christman's Funeral Home, Inc. is honored to serve the family with the 
  arrangements.
