  David C. Kapp SAN FRANCISCO, CA David C. Kapp, 54, formerly of Lebanon, passed 
  away at home on January 29, 2010. He was born on November 2, 1955. He was the 
  companion of James Beales. He was class president of ELCO High School and 
  graduated in 1973. Surviving, in addition to his stepmother, Dolly Kapp, are 
  four brothers, Dennis, Charlie, Ronald, and Kevin; and one sister, Lisa. He was 
  preceded in death by his parents, Herb and Betty Kapp; and one brother, Rodney. 
  Memorial services will be held Saturday, February 13, 2010, at 1 p.m. in the 
  Rohland Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon. Condolences may be sent to 
  James Beales, 508 Larkin St., Apt. 102, San Francisco, CA 94102.
