Jean (Wilson) Kelly, 75, entered into eternal peace at home surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, December 29, 2010. Jean was the wife of Fred Kelly, retired Sears manager, formerly of Palmyra. Preceding her in death were her parents, Beecher C. Wilson and Clara Ruth (Hurt) Wilson. Along with her husband, Fred, Jean leaves behind her devoted children, Fred Jr. (Maureen Cavallucci) of Reading, Karla Kelly Irving (Greg) of Northbrook, Ill., and John (Amy) of Greensboro, N.C.; and her adored grandchildren, Danny and Jimmy Irving of Northbrook, Ill., and Jeremy and Jack Kelly of Greensboro, N.C. They brought joy to Jean every day of her life and filled her heart with pride. Jean is also survived by her father's second wife, Hazel Jackson Wilson of Bristol, Va.; her three younger siblings, Bob Wilson (Carol) of Colonial Heights, Va., Kitty Daugherty (Gerald) of Vonore, Tenn., and Carol Sue Shorno (Don) of Snohomish, Wash.; and many nieces and nephews. Jean was involved in community organizations throughout her life. She was director of Lebanon Valley Tourist and Visitor's Bureau in Cornwall. Jean was a member of the Palmyra Library Board, Holy Spirit Church (as past president of the ladies' auxiliary), Good Samaritan Women's Auxiliary, Quentin Riding Club, Palmyra Women's Club, Chamber of Commerce, and Lebanon Valley College Women's Auxiliary. The viewing, Mass of Christian Celebration, and interment took place on December 31,2010.
