  LEBANON Vernon B. King, 86, passed away on Tuesday, September 28, 2010, at his 
  home. He was the husband of the late Victoria L. Kreiser King. Born in Etters, 
  on September 12, 1924, he was the son of the late Parker and Ruth Spahr King. 
  For many years he worked as a truck driver and also as a Veterinarians 
  Assistant. He was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII. He was a lifetime member of the 
  Shellsville VFW. He is survived by a step-son, Aaron J. Kreiser, Sr., of Pine 
  Grove; a brother, Terry King of Middletown; sisters, Bernice Palmer and 
  Beverly; 11 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. Graveside 
  services will be held on Monday, October 4, 2010, at 1:30 p.m. at the 
  Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, 
  Jonestown, is handling the arrangements.
