  Raymond A. Kline ROCKVILLE, MD Raymond 'Ray' A. Kline On Wednesday, April 14, 
  2010, of Rockville, Md. Former president of the National Academy of Public 
  Administration, Administrator of the General Services Administration, senior 
  executive for NASA, executive staff member and Congressional speech writer for 
  Dr. Werner von Braun during the Apollo era. Beloved husband of D. Jeanelle 
  Kline; father of Robin Jeanelle Kline, Raymond Ashley Kline; brother of Helen 
  Kreider, Marguerite Duncan and Yvonne Henninger. Services were held at Salem 
  United Methodist Church, 12 High St., Brookeville, Md., on Tuesday, April 20, 
  2010. Interment Salem United Methodist Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be 
  made to The Disabled American Veterans, P.O. Box 14301, Cincinnati, OH 45250.
