  LEBANON Leonard J. Koch, 62, died Saturday, October 2, 2010, in ManorCare, 
  Lebanon. He was born in Lebanon, on June 7, 1947, a son of Antonette M. Fisher 
  Koch of Hawaii and the late Anthony J. Koch. He had been employed by Lebanon 
  Farms Disposal as a truck driver and was a former member of the Sunnyside 
  Motorcycle Club. He is survived by brothers, Anthony Koch of Indiana, Donald 
  Koch of Lebanon, and Thomas Koch of Hawaii; a son; and a daughter. Private 
  services will be held at a later date. The Rohland Funeral Home is handling the 
  arrangements.
