  Dale W. Landis LEBANON Dale W. Landis, 78, passed away Saturday, July 3, 2010, 
  at Cedar Haven Nursing Home. He was the husband of Joan R. (Dissinger) Landis. 
  Dale was born in Lebanon, on June 3, 1932. He was a son of the late John and 
  Elizabeth (Snyder) Landis. He was a member of the Myerstown Rod & Gun Club and 
  the R-Field & Stream. He loved cabinet making, hunting, and shooting bow and 
  arrow. He was an avid target shooter and golfer. He was a 1950 graduate of 
  Lebanon High School and a member of St. Mary's Church. In addition to his wife, 
  Joan, he is survived by three children, Crystel, wife of William Smith of 
  Mechanicsburg, Cynthia, wife of Victor Hartlieb of Lebanon, and Eric, husband 
  of Deborah Landis of Carlisle; four grandchildren, Anthony Batz, Andrew Smith, 
  Matthew Smith, and Rebekah Landis; two greatgrandchildren, Nathanial Smith and 
  Alexander Batz; a brother, John Landis of Myerstown; a sister, Mary Lou Blouch 
  of Lebanon; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a 
  grandson, Luke Landis. Funeral Mass Wednesday morning at 10 a.m. from St. 
  Mary's Church, 2 N. 8th St., Lebanon, 17046. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. 
  Viewing hours Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. 
  126 S. 9th St., Lebanon, and Wednesday morning from 9:30 to 10 a.m. at the 
  church. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Mary's Church; or the 
  American Heart Association , 335 S. 8th St., Lebanon, PA 17042.
