Lehman, 74, died Saturday, September 11, 2010, in the Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Elnora K. Long Lehman, who died on October 16, 2007. Born in Palmyra on July 24, 1936, he was the son of the late Jacob K. and Eliza K. Emrich Lehman. Paul was a 1954 graduate of Palmyra High School and attended Bowman Technical Institute and graduated in 1956. He was the owner and president of Long's Nursery in Palmyra and a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Palmyra where he was a past deacon, served on consistory and was an usher. He was a member of the Free Mason's Brownstone Lodge, Hershey and a past member of the Palmyra rotary club. He is survived by a son, David P. Lehman and wife, Susan of Palmyra; a daughter, Diane L. wife of Timothy Havighurst of Hampstead, Md.; brother, Ralph A. 'Bosh' Lehman of Colebrook; sister, Nancy M. wife of Frank Eckert of Palmyra; four grandchildren, Johnathan and Jacob Lehman and Samuel and Paul Havighurst. He was preceded in death by a son, Daniel A. Lehman. Memorial services will be held Thursday at 12 p.m. from Trinity United Church of Christ, 40 W. Pine St., Palmyra, PA 17078. Inurnment will be held at the convenience of the family. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to his church. Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, Annville, is in charge of the arrangements.
